Dr Philip Brain
Phil is a part-time statistical consultant for EMR. He is a highly experienced practical statistician with a wide knowledge of both pre-clinical and agricultural research statistics. He has previously worked at Pfizer and for the BBSRC at Long Ashton Research Station where he carried out a wide range of roles, from junior statistician, to latterly heading the statistics department and being part of the management team of the Rothamsted statistics department. He has also been involved in research in modelling and statistics, publishing on a wide range of topics.
